Who can see your viewing activity?
does the document have to be pulled up to share?
I need to know how to do breakout rooms....
We'll be sure to address breakout rooms.
just know that as attendees, we do see the arrow next to the green "share" file.
Correct - your students will be able to see that as well. If they click share, you'll receive a message that someone is requesting permission to share.
It's not that important...but is there a way to set up the background with the "green" screen?
There is Zachary!
The arrow by share video, choose virtual background, and then it asks if you have a green screen.
yes...that's what I was referring to...the virtual background portion.....would I have to go to a fabric store to purchase something like a green screen?
who will train those students?
You would need the green background. However, you can also use an image you have on your computer and that works too.
got it...thanks a million...
You're most welcome - feel free to try it out. :)
Melissa - I tried to use a background and it did not work - it said "none" .
You have to search an image on your computer and upload it.
It did not work... so...
Just something to bookmark if you're interested
And for all the former Collaborate Ultra users, Whiteboard can be saved in Zoom!
Should we use zoom instead of Collaborate?
Collaborate is still available in your classes as well. Eventually Collaborate will be turned off, but you're still welcome to use it for the time being.
we can do it by groups names?
slow down a bit.....
no --- names of participants?
Can you set up a private Utube site and tape a CD then show it to the group?
Beverly, are you thinking about playing a video during the Zoom session?
very helpful to know...
Hope that helps!
Very helpful Melissa, thanks!
I use Collaborate for my grad classes will it still be available
